In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an *exchange* for the same item or another product of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in *unused, original condition*, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Any sign of use, damage, or alteration will make the item ineligible for exchange.


To initiate an exchange, you must contact our customer service team within *48 hours of delivery*, providing your order details and a clear image or video of the product issue. Once verified, we will guide you through the exchange process. The exchange will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.


Please note that *no cash refunds, credit notes, or cancellations* will be entertained once an order is confirmed. Exchange is strictly available *only once per order*. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and may apply again during the exchange process.
